For this you need:
•A sewing machine and/or an overlocker •An old stretchy top (for this i used a long sleeved top)
•Scissors
Method
1.Cut of the bit of the top that you don’t want (you can use the scraps for scrunchies)
2.Lettuce hem all of the raw edges of the top.
